A Note from the Founder

Latitude Zero was born from a love of craft, conversation, and the rituals that bring us together. Growing up between cultures, I wanted to create something that honors Indonesia’s and the old world’s rich traditions while offering a new way to connect with each —over drinks that are complex, intentional, and limitless.

This is more than a non-alcoholic spirit. It’s a new perspective on gathering, a celebration of flavor without compromise. I hope Latitude Zero becomes part of your rituals, your stories, and your moments—wherever you are in the world.

At the meeting point of north and south, where the world converges, lies Latitude Zero—a name drawn from the equatorial line that threads through Indonesia’s islands.

Inspired by the herbal complexity of Mediterranean liqueurs and the deep-rooted wisdom of Indonesian jamu, we create non-alcoholic aperitifs and digestifs that are layered and nuanced.

Each ingredient is a story—smoky nutmeg from the Banda seas, floral torched ginger from Bali, the bright acidity of tamarillo. We balance bitterness, acidity, spice, and depth to create a sensory experience that is made for the moment.

Cocktail culture is more than alcohol. It’s about ritual, intention, and the art of gathering. We are reimagining tradition and the art of gathering through richness of flavor, depth of experience, and the beauty of choice.
